Introductory BEA post

Hey! Thanks for stopping by my BEA booth blog post!

I'm Caitlin, I'm 21 and I'm just about to graduate!! I live in the North of England and I've been blogging for about 3 months now. I mostly blog about paranormal YA, but also some contemp YA and UF/PNR adult books too. Basically, if there's a vamp/werewolf/witch involved, I'm there.

I will be particpating mostly from my bed (on my laptop, ah home comforts!) but also from the university library, as I have exams this week and therefore am supposed to be revising *coughs*

I'm most looking forward to getting to meet lots of new bloggers, but also Tuesday's posts where I will get to see what everyone's favourite books of this year are so far-and what books being featured at BEA they hope to enjoy-I'm looking forward to getting some excellent new recommendations!!

I thought I'd include my Sunday Summary today, so hopefully you can learn a bit more about me book-wise if you'd like too!
This week I received...
Books in the post:

The Poison Diaries by Maryrose Wood (thanks to V over at ComaCalm's Corner for this one!!)
Born at Midnight by C.C Hunter
Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta

Received for review:

Starcrossed: Perigee by Tracey Lee Cambell. Tracey emailed me about reviewing her book and it sounded so unique and awesome I couldn't say no! Plus that cover is just beautiful. Read more about this book here

Wildefire by Karsten Knight. I got this from the S&S galleygrab and I'm so excited to read it! Learn more about this book here

This week I reviewed:

Dead Beautiful by Yvonne Woon
Once a Witch by Carolyn MacCullough

Thanks for stopping by my blog, I'm looking forward to visiting you all, so please leave your link in the comments!!!

**A few bloggers and I decided to create an informal chat on twitter, for those who wanted to discuss blogging technique, tips and tricks and to ask any questions they might have! Feel free to join in using the twitter hashtag #bookbloghelp**

  2. I'm blogging from my couch this week. I'm going to be talking a bit on Thursday about our Twitter chats (I think networking is the topic that day). I have a new vampire book if you are interested. I can hook you up with a free ebook. It's called Remdemption and is by Lindsey Gray.

  7. Nice to meet you, Cait! Well, even though I've been reading your blog for a few days, now, but now it's official. :)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy reading Wildefire! I got it from Netgalley, but I have a bunch of other books I have to read before I can get to it. :(

It's been great meeting new people and seeing the variety of blogs and design and content. Just great. Nice to find your blog, I added you to the list of blogs I follow, hope to stay connected.
