Delirium (by Lauren Oliver) short story!

Like everyone else in the YA world did you go mad for Delirium? Are you sat, counting the days until the Pandemonium release date and screaming "BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AND I NEED TO KNOW IT NOW!" at friends/family/casual passers-by?

If this is you (or you know, a more psychotic embellished for artistic reasons version of you) then this latest announcement by Hodder is about to send you delirious with happiness (yes, I went there).

Lauren Oliver has written an eBook exclusive short story told from Hana's POV! It's titled, believe it or not, HANA:

In the world of Delirium, love is a disease. And like all eighteen-year-olds, Lena and Hana must take the cure.At the start of their last summer of freedom, they were the closest of friends. Until Hana made a decision that tore them apart . . . In Delirium, we heard from Lena. Now, Hana gets to tell her side of the story. And nothing is what we first thought. Hana is a powerful, moving and beautifully told original eBook short story, with a shocking twist that will leave you with your heart in your mouth.

I know, you want it, and you want it now. BUT Hodder has made a totally sweet request. They'd really like HANA to top kindle charts on Christmas day as a gift to Lauren, so they're asking that we all try to contain ourselves until then!

Can we do it? Of course we can!  We all say that books should show, not tell, emotions, so lets SHOW Lauren Oliver how much we frickin LOVE her books by all downloading this on the 24th! We only have to wait till Saturday and it will be a totally awesome Christmas Eve treat for us all!!

I hope you'll join me in saying MERRY CHRISTMAS LAUREN and swooning deliriously (I went there again) over HANA on Twitter on Christmas Eve!

You can get hold of HANA (whether you can wait till Christmas Eve or not) here!
