Happy Friday guys! This hop is hosted, as per, over at
parajunkee.com by the lovely Rachel.
This week's question is:
"In light of the summer solstice, also known as midsummer...lets talk about faeries. What is your favourite fairy tale or story that revolves around the fey?"
Hmm fairy tales. I used to have these awesome read-along books on tape when I was a kid which were all fairy tales....but a favourite? I'm gonna go with The Little Match Girl. It's just so tragic.
My fave book involving the fae is Ink Exchange, book 2 of the Wicked Lovely series. It's a good series, one of the first (if not the first) fae series I read way back when and the 2nd is my fave of the series!
Make sure to say hi and leave your links!
Also, apologies for the lack of RAD yesterday, I've had a v.v. busy week this week. It'll be back next week =]
Don't forget to enter my giveaway

Hi, Cait. Happy Friday! I've gotten through the first 3 books of the Wicked Lovely series but have stalled out. I need to pick them back up so I can finish the series.

I've only read the first three books in the series and honestly, Ink Exchange was the only one that really impressed me. I enjoyed that one though!
ReplyDeleteStopped by from Follow Friday!
Old follower stopping by. I loved Wicked Lovely, but stopped halfway through Ink Exchange. Wasn't crazy about it, but I'll finish it so I can finish the whole series.
ReplyDeleteHey stopping by from follow friday, great choices & great blog! Looking forward to more posts. Have a great weekend. New follower!

Woah! I've never seen that version for the cover before. The second one def wasn't my favorite because I got in on the series so late that it was just weird when I read and realized that I was no longer following the same people... but it's a nice series :).
ReplyDeleteI liked Wicked Lovely much more than Ink Exchange.I just couldn't connect with Leslie,I guess.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog.
