In My Mailbox 13


In My Mailbox is a meme hosted by the Story Siren designed to showcase the books we've received this week.

In the post I got:


My signed&personalised copy of Sleight arrived!! Thanks so much to Jenn for sending it to me. She wrote a lovely message inside, and I do have a picture, but I've lost my cable so I can't get it onto the computer...*sigh*

Bought:

I got The Resistance for the bargain price of 20p from our library's book sale, which I was amazed at! God knows why they're selling it. I've read The Declaration but it was a good few years ago so I may need to re-read it before I can start on the sequel.

From the library:



I've already read Blood Feud and adored it, there'll be a review some time next week probs. I've had Prophecy of the Sisters on my radar for a while, but only just got around to requesting it, so it'll be interesting to see what I make of it.

    Ohh..I haven't heard of most of theses. I'll have to hop over to Goodreads and check them out. I absolutely adore the Blood Feud cover. Beautiful.

    I've been waiting for Bloodspell from the library as well. Looks good!

    ooo great set of books this week. I just started reading Hearts at Stake so I can't wait to get into Blood Feud :) I'm also really intrigued by the Mephisto Covenent. I'll be waiting for your review of that one. Enjoy

    Gah! you got the Mephisto Covenant...I wish, can't wait for your review on that one. i really need to get my hands on Blood Feud too. I got Blue Is For Nightmares because you mentioned they were good when I reviewed Deadly Little Secret. So if I love it the credit goes to you :)

    I love the cover for Sleight- something about the colours really pops out. I need to read Declaration at some point. Also, the girl on the front cover of Mephisto Covenant looks really familiar from another book cover, but I can't think what? (Maybe I'm just crazy!)

    The Blood Fued cover reminds me suspiciously of the Eclipse cover. Who knows.
